Using flavorful asari clams, this dish is carefully and slowly cooked to perfection.

■Bamboo Shoots
Enjoy two types of domestically produced bamboo shoots with a good texture. This rice base is richly flavored with vegetables such as burdock root, carrot, and sanseri (Japanese parsnip).

How to use
/Add “ Rice Cooker Mix” and 300cc of water to 2 cups of washed rice and mix well. /As soon as the rice has finished cooking, gently mix it all together and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
