・Can I check the expiration date?
For food products: We guarantee at least 65 days of shelf life.
(However, this does not apply to items with a date listed on the product page.)
For cosmetics: Many Japanese cosmetics do not have an expiration date or production date on them.
Under Japanese law, manufacturers are not obligated to indicate an expiration date if the product has an expiration date of 3 years or more.

・Are all of your products legitimate?
All of our products are genuine products purchased from our authorized suppliers in Japan and delivered directly to you by air from Japan, so you can buy with confidence.

・Where can I check the delivery status of my order?
You can check the tracking information to confirm the delivery status under the order information.

・Do I have to pay customs duty?
We bear the customs duties. However, in the case of international shipments, there may be an additional charge levied by the customs office of the destination country. In this case, the customer is responsible for any additional charges. Customers are responsible for contacting customs themselves to complete the necessary procedures.

・Can you issue invoices or receipts?
We are unable to issue invoices or receipts.

・What methods of payment do you accept?

・If I use my credit card overseas, do I have to pay an international transaction fee?
It depends on the credit card company. Please check with your credit card company for details.

・Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

・Can I change items after I have placed an order?
We cannot change items (size, color, quantity, etc.) after an order has been placed. Please check carefully before placing an order.

・Can I cancel my order?

・There is a Japanese product I want. Can you buy it for me?
Please send us a photo of the product you want and we will check availability.

・How long does it take to receive my order?
Normally, you will receive your order within 10 to 14 business days after placing your order. However, delivery may be delayed due to order details, inventory availability, peak season, natural disasters, etc. For real-time delivery status, please check the tracking information in the order details.

・I received a different product than I ordered.
We apologize for any inconvenience. Please send the following photos to our customer service chat within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. Photos of all items upon arrival
2. A photo of the outer box
3. A photo of the shipping label attached to the outer box.
