1. How to Order
・Step 1: Searching and selecting products
Use the various search functions are available, including keyword, product category, product name, specifications, and popularity ranking to find your desired products.
・Step 2: Add to cart
When you find the product you are looking for, enter the quantity to be purchased and add it to your cart.
・Step 3: Confirm your order
Confirm order details such as delivery address, payment method, order information, billing address on the order confirmation screen to finalize your order.
・Step 4: Order Completion
When the "Order Complete" screen appears, an order completion e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Allow 10 to 14 business days for your item(s) to arrive.
2. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
Credit Card / Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Paypal
3. Shipping Charges

4. Shipping
We will deliver within 10 to 14 business days after your order is placed.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt. In the case of defective products, we will pay the shipping costs for returns/exchanges. However, in the case of returns/exchanges made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs. Please refer to the Terms of Use for details.
6. Invoices and Receipts
We cannot issue invoices or receipts.
7. Security
In collecting, using, and handling customers' personal information, we will comply with the laws and other regulations regarding the protection of personal information in Japan. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Gift Wrapping
