■Directions for use
1. put on the foot pack after cleansing the soles of your feet, such as after taking a bath.
2.Fasten any loose parts around the ankles with the tape provided. Wait for 30 minutes to allow the gel inside to fully penetrate the sole. Please be careful not to tear the foot pack when walking. 3.
