Kanebo Kate Color Control Eye Base
Controls the color of the eyelid's natural color. A non sticky, silky finish primer that controls the base color of the eyelid to optimze pigmentation of eyeshadow. Its liquid consistency makes it easy to spread across the lids, and creates a smooth texture on top of the eyelids for even application that adheres well to the skin. Contains hyaluronic acid and water soluble collagen for moisturization.
■How to use
・Apply an appropriate amount of eye base to the entire eyelid before applying eye shadow. Can also be used on the lower eyelid.
・Use a makeup remover to remove.
