Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

If you experience issues with your order, please contact our customer service via chat within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

  1. Photos of all items upon arrival
  2. A photo of the outer box
  3. A photo of the shipping label attached to the outer box

We will handle your request in accordance with Article 9 (Returns and Exchanges) of our Terms and Conditions.

Eligible Cases for Returns or Exchanges

  1. Wrong Item Delivered:

    • If you received an incorrect item, please provide the required photos, and we will assist you promptly.
  2. Missing Items:

    • In cases where your order is incomplete, contact us with the required photos for resolution.
  3. Damaged Items:

    • For items that arrived damaged, please include photos showing the damage along with the required documentation for review.

Important Notes

  • Requests submitted after 7 days of receiving the order may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Ensure to retain all original packaging and documentation when reporting an issue.
