Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
If you experience issues with your order, please contact our customer service via chat within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:
- Photos of all items upon arrival
- A photo of the outer box
- A photo of the shipping label attached to the outer box
We will handle your request in accordance with Article 9 (Returns and Exchanges) of our Terms and Conditions.
Eligible Cases for Returns or Exchanges

- If you received an incorrect item, please provide the required photos, and we will assist you promptly.

- In cases where your order is incomplete, contact us with the required photos for resolution.

Damaged Items:
- For items that arrived damaged, please include photos showing the damage along with the required documentation for review.
Important Notes
- Requests submitted after 7 days of receiving the order may not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Ensure to retain all original packaging and documentation when reporting an issue.
