■How to drink
Prepare approximately 140mL of hot water per cup. Put 2 tablespoons (about 10g) of coffee powder per cup into a dripper with a filter.
Pour a small amount of well-boiled water over the powder and let it steep for about 20 seconds.
When the powder has expanded, pour the hot water into the pot several times. When the coffee drops into the pot, it is ready to serve.
Adjust the amount of powder to your liking.
