Bulldog Sauce Crispy! Chewy! Buchimgae Korean Pancake Mix (190g)
No eggs are required, all you need is scallions, and you can enjoy these authentic Korean pajeon pancakes (buchimgae) made with pancake flour and a deliciously spicy special sauce! This pack includes a pancake fliur mix and sauce, so all you need to prepare is water, scallions, and a couple tablespoons of oil and seasame oil! Makes two servings.
■Directions
1. Mix the pancake flour and 200cc of water into a bowl until the texture is smooth. Then add in chopped scallions.
2. Add one tablespoon of cooking oil into a fry pan and pour half of the pancake mixture (one serving) into the pan. After about 3 minutes, flip over the pancake and add one tablespoon of seasame oil over the pancake. After about 2 minutes, flip over a few more times to ensure it is cooked through.
3. Cut the pancake into bit size squares and dip with the provided dipping sauce!
