Bulldog Sauce Hiroshima Okonomiyaki Mix Set (145.3g)
This is a set of Hiroshima okonomiyaki ingredients using Mitsuwa Okonomi Sauce, which is used by all okonomiyaki restaurants located in "Okonomimura" in Hiroshima City. This kit contains four kinds of ingredients: mix flour, fried egg, aosa seaweed flakes, and Mitsuwa okonomyaki sauce. It is easy to make on a hot plate at home and is just the right size to enjoy 2 servings in 1 bag right the comfort of your own home! It's even easy for beginners to enjoy.
■Directions
1. Make the dough: Put water (40cc) and mix flour (1 bag) in a bowl and mix well.
2. Cook: Grease a hot plate and scoop the mixture with a ladle (about 8 portions) and drop onto the hot plate 200℃). Leave the remaining dough in the bowl. Spread the mixture quickly from the center outwards and spread in a thin layer like a crepe. If there is a large hole in the dough, you can use a small amount of the remaining dough to repair it. Allow to cook for about 4 minutes.
3. Add ingredients: Place the ingredients on top of the mixture in the following order: dried bonito flakes, cabbage (80g), green onion (5g), half a bag of tempura crunch (1/2 bag), and pork belly (2 pieces). Finally, pour the remaining dough from step 2 over the entire top.
4. Turn over and fry the noodles: Insert spatulas underneath the pancake from both sides to flip it over. Heat noodles (1/2) next to the pancake and lightly fry with yakisoba sauce (5g). When meat on the okonomiyaki is cooked, move the noodles to okonomiyaki and spread it on top to cover.
5. Finishing touches: Crack an egg into an empty space on the hot plate and quickly spread it out to the size of an okonomiyaki. While it is still half cooked, place the noodle + okonomiyaki on top of the egg and flip the whole thing over. Finish with aosa seaweed and sauce to enjoy!
