Create double lids that naturally open up the eye area by drawing along the upper eyelid. Simply draw a line along the lower eyelid to make the tear ducts appear fuller, for a three dimensional aegyosal look. This liquid pencil can even be used for eyebrow makeup. The formula is sebum proof and smudge proof, yet easily washes off with hot water.
