■ Ippudo Sesame Dandan Style Spicy Hot Pot Soup (700g)
This spicy pork bone ramen was created in 1989 at the main Daimyo branch. The silky pork bone broth is spicy and rich with a combination of special Chinese chili oil, and is boldly topped with meat miso mixed with several spices and seasoned tempura bits. The flavor can be further enhanced by dissolving the sesame served on a separate plate to make it taste more like a ramen noodle. Ippudo's spicy ramen soup is reproduced as a hot pot soup to be enjoyed at home! This hot pot soup is richly flavored with miso and tonkotsu (pork bone) extracts, and the richness of neri-sesame, soy bean sauce, and sweet soy bean sauce. Ippudo Ramen restaurant was established in 1985 in Daimyo, Fukuoka City, and their tonkotsu ramen is loved by people in Japan and around the world for its smooth, mild soup with a pleasantly chewy thin noodle texture.

■Tenkaippin Kyoto Chicken Broth Hot Pot Soup (700g)
Under the supervision of the famous ramen restaurant Tenkaippin, we have recreated their signature "kotteri" style ramen in a nabe soup. This hot pot soup has the flavor of chicken and vegetables with the richness of garlic. The nabe soup can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, including as risotto, in addition to ramen. Tenkaippin was founded in 1971 at a street stall in Kitashirakawa, Kyoto. The "kotteri" soup is made by slowly cooking chicken stock and adding more than a dozen kinds of vegetables so it is rich in flavor, but has a refreshing aftertaste.
