Ebara Instant Mini Hotpot Broth
Individual portion cups of instant hotpot soup lets you easily enjoy a rich broth in a variety of settings, from a budget-friendly hotpot for one person, to a feast for the whole family! Just use one cup per 150mL of water as a single person serving. These cups can be used beyond regular hotpot soups to create flavorful stirfries, fried rice, or even yakisoba! Each pack contains 6 servings.

・Japanese Hotpot: A flavor based on light soy sauce, with a hint of ginger and the delicious taste of bonito and kelp
・Kimchi: A rich flavor of sardines, krill, clams, salmon, and bonito with just the right amount of spiciness from chili peppers
・Tonkotsu Shoyu: The rich flavor of tonkotsu (pork bone) and shoyu (soy sauce) is added with garlic and scallion oil to create a rich taste.
