A double ended pencil with concealer and shadow tone liner to create plump looking tear troughs. The smooth concealer pencil creates a natural, full, three dimensional tear trough just by drawing it on the lower eyelid. Then use the light colored, warm toned brown to creates natural looking shadows around the eyes to form a plump appearance on the bottom eyelids.

■How to use
1. Use concealer to draw tear troughs in the 3 to 5mm area under the eye, in the width you want to make it look fuller. Blur with a finger for a more natural finish
.2. Draw the tear trough shadow under the tear trough created by concealer using liquid. Immediately blur with a finger for a more natural finish.
