Popular “Fujikko” extra large size
We use 100% kelp from Hokkaido. Carefully selected kelp is slowly and carefully cooked using the manufacturer's original seasoning and manufacturing method. The flavor permeates to the core of the kelp, giving it a fluffy and soft texture. This popular salted konbu has a well-balanced combination of umami from kelp, flavor from soy sauce, sweetness from sugar, and saltiness. Not only can it be used as an accompaniment to rice balls and rice, but it can also be used in a variety of dishes such as stir-fried vegetables and pickles.
