Premium Juku Curry is made with carefully selected ingredients such as aged domiglace sauce, ripe tomatoes, and 500-hour-aged spices to create a rich flavor as though it had been slow-cooked by a professional chef just for you. The roux has a two-tiered structure: a "rich roux" and an "aromatic roux" to give a balanced flavor. With a variety of 20 different ingredients and the slowly aged flavor profile, you can enjoy a high-quality, full-bodied curry that will satisfy a mature palate without spending a lot of time and effort.!

■Directions
1.Heat oil in a heavy saucepan and sauté ingredients that have been cut into bite-sized pieces.
2.Add 900mL of water and simmer on low to medium heat. If desired, add honey into the pan. Note: Adding honey after cooking may weaken the thickening.
3.Remove the starch and simmer until the ingredients are soft (about 20 minutes).
4.Add the curry roux and turn off the heat.
5.Continue to simmer over low heat until thickened, stirring occasionally (about 5 minutes).
