These firm, yet chewy noodles are made by blending durum wheat flour with glutinous barley flour and adding plenty of dietary fiber, with the sugar content is made to be just 21.4g per bundle! We achieved this by using glutinous barley flour to give the pasta a chunky texture without sacrificing the original deliciousness of the pasta. The flattened noodles make for a deep flavorful pasta that mixes well with sauces.
