Higashimaru Baked Chicken Wing Seasoning (36g)
A collagen rich, inexpensive chicken wing seasoning that you simply sprinkle, grill, and serve. It is full of spicy Szechuan pepper, umami from grilled salt, and the savory flavor of powdered refined soy sauce. A perfect alternative to frying chicken for healthier preparation that works well as a main dish or light snack! This seasoning can be used for chicken thighs, chicken breasts, and other meats. One box contains three 12g packets.
■Directions
1. Evenly coat chicken wings (300g to 350g, or about six wings) with one 12g packet of seasoning.
2. Heat two tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and cover with a lid. Cook the chicken wings for about 7 minutes, occasionally flipping them as they cook.
3. Remove the lid and continue to cook until the wings have a golden color.
