Higashimaru Okonomiyaki Seasoning (48g)
Just by mixing with flour, you can make Kansai style okonomiyaki with bonito and kelp broth right at home! The yam ingredients makes this okonomiyaki seasoning mix extra fluffy. It goes well with either okonomiyaki flour or regular wheat flour. One bag (16g) contains enough for 3 okonomiyaki, and one box contains enough for 9 okonomiyaki. Can also be used to make pancakes.
■Directions
1. Add 100g of flour and one 16g of this seasoning mix into a bowl and mix well.
2. Add in 2 eggs and 150mL of water into the bowl and mix well.
3. Add in desired toppings such as cabbage and meats into the bowl and mix.
4. Pour the mixture over a hot plate (180℃) or fry pan (medium heat) with cooking oil, and cook for 4 minutes on each side.
