House Instant Medium Hot Indian Curry (115g)
This spicy, aromatic curry is made with a blend of many carefully selected spices and the flavor of chicken. The accompanying mixed fragrant spice blend with cardamom, dill seed curry powder, bay leaves, and cumin further enhances the rich aroma.
■Directions
1. Heat oil in a deep pot and cook onions until soft. Stir fry any additional toppings such as carrots or meat.
2. Add 900mL of water to the pot and simmer the ingredients for 15 minutes.
3. Add one brick of the curry roux along with one spice packet into the pot.
4. Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
