House Tofu Hamburg Helper Seasoning
Now you can easily make plump, fluffy tofu hamburg steaks simply by mixing delicious seasoning with firm tofu and ground chicken!
■Flavors
・Mushroom (66g): Panko bread crumbs, dried onions, seasonings, egg white powder, dried mushrooms (shiitake and hiratake), and yam flour
・Root Vegetable (73g): Panko bread crumbs, dried vegetables, egg white flour, seasonings, and yam flour
■Directions
1. Drain the water from the tofu pack (150g).
2. Mix the tofu into a bowl with 100g of raw ground chicken and this seasoning pack.
3. Divide the contents of the bowl into 2 or 3 parts and shape them into equal sized hamburg patty shapes. Gently press into the center of the patty to create a slight indentation.
4. Add one tablespoon of cooking oil into a pan and the patties, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes over medium heat.
5. Flip the patties and cook for 8 to 10 minutes on low heat.
