A 3mm fine-core concealer that creates natural-looking tear troughs. Blends easily and firmly adheres to the skin after drying! Resistant to water, sweat, tears, sebum, and rubbing, it keeps its freshly drawn finish for a long time.

■How to use
Extend about 1mm of the pencil wick and apply to the area where you want the tear troughs to look fuller. Immediately after drawing, blur with a finger to complete the naturally plump up the eye bag area!
