IPSA Brush Cleaner 50ml A dedicated makeup brush cleaner that quickly and easily removes makeup residue from brushes. It dries fast, leaves no stickiness, and allows you to use the brush immediately after cleaning. How to Use: Fold a tissue to a suitable size and hold it about 5–6 cm away.
