We use 100% domestically produced Ichibancha, which is rich in flavor and is a blend (more than 30%) of the Yutaka Midori variety, which is produced in extremely small quantities. In the finishing process, we use ITO EN's unique pasteurization method, which brings out the pleasant aroma of tea, called the "New After-Fire Finishing Method," so you can enjoy a rich, rich flavor with a sweet aroma.

■Saemidori leaf 100g
We use 100% domestically produced first tea with Yame Gyokuro, which is rich in flavor and is a blend (more than 30%) of the Saemidori variety from Kagoshima Prefecture, which is produced in extremely small quantities.
For the finishing process, we use ITO EN's unique pasteurization method, which brings out the pleasant aroma of the tea, called the "New After-Fire Finishing Method," so you can enjoy the bright green light blue color, sweet aroma, and rich flavor.
