■Company Profile
Kraft cola syrup made from raw sugar, food loss native island mandarin oranges, and 14 spices, without additives or coloring.
It is produced by a husband and wife team in Kikai Island, an island of coral reefs.
The couple met in Singapore in 2012. While living in Southeast Asia, they were fascinated by the diverse faces of spices.
When they returned to Kikaijima to report their marriage.
We noticed island oranges rotting away without being harvested. Although they are rare for their aroma and ingredients, they sometimes have distribution problems on remote islands.
The idea was to start making a herbal drink that imitated the Singaporean herbal drink. The result is a healthful cola syrup made from island oranges, raw millet sugar, 14 spices, and other ingredients.
The drink is extracted using a unique method to make it mellow and mild.
The taste can be enjoyed by a wide range of people, from children to the elderly.
