Sasano Seicha is a tea manufacturer in Togo Town, located in the northern part of Kagoshima Prefecture. The difference in temperature due to the inland climate and the river fog created by the Sendai River, the largest river in the prefecture, create an ideal environment for making delicious tea.
■Description
・Fukamushi : Deep steamed green tea created by steaming the leaves two to three times longer than usual to achieve a brilliant, beautiful color. It has a refreshing aroma with a deep, mild flavor.
・Midori : Enjoy the individuality of varietal tea leaves of this premium green tea. Refreshing, well balanced aroma with robust flavor.
・Murasaki : Green tea blended to give a distinctive taste and fragrance. Elegant aroma with a cool, yet sharp taste.
■Directions
・For Fukamushi, steep tea leaves for about 30 seconds with hot water (50℃).
・For Midori or Murasaki, steep tea leaves for about 60 seconds with hot water (60℃).
