Title
This okra is grown from seeds at the foot of Mt. Fuji of Satsuma. Cosmetically imperfect okra produced in the process is then dried, processed into a powder, and kneaded into soba (buckwheat noodles). After repeated trial and error, the unique smell of okra is removed and the okra's richness gives the soba noodles a chewy texture that is rarely found in regular soba. Enjoy the chewy texture of okra with hot soba noodles and the smooth texture of okra with zaru soba noodles!

Each bag contains okra powder equivalent to about 15 okra plants.
The packaging and labeling are carefully done one by one by users of labor support facilities.

■Directions
1. Boil the soba noodles in plenty of boiling water, loosening them lightly with chopsticks (for about 5 minutes).
2. Drain the noodles in a colander and rinse well.
Do not add water, but adjust the heat to your liking.

■Ingredients
Wheat flour (produced in Japan), okra powder (okra from Kagoshima prefecture), buckwheat flour, salt
