The traditional seasoning "kanzuri" from Myoko City, Niigata Prefecture, is used. It is made by mixing red pepper, malt, yuzu (citron), and salt, and then maturing and fermenting it for more than three years. We blended the kanzuri with our own cheeses (samsou cheese and cheddar cheese), which are an excellent match for the kanzuri. Please enjoy the taste of the blend of Japanese and Western flavors of mentaiko (cod roe), cheese, and kanzuri (kanzuri). This product is recommended for those who like spicy snacks and spicy seasonings.
