Kagome Tomato Cheese Dak Galbi Sauce for Chicken & Cabbage (180g)
Simply stirfry and simmer chicken, cabbage, and cheese in a single frying pan to create an easy and delicious meal with rice! By adding tomatoes and red miso to gochujang (Korean red chili paste), you can easily eat vegetables with a sweet and spicy yet rich flavor. In addition to tomatoes, apple puree is blended to create a mild spiciness that even children can enjoy.
■Directions
1. Heat oil in a frying pan, add chicken cut into bite sized pieces and cook until browned on all sides on medium heat for about 3 minutes.
2. Turn the chicken over, add the cabbage, and fry for about 3 minutes until wilted on medium heat. Then add the Tomato Cheese Dak Galbi Sauce, mix gently, and let simmer for about 2 more minutes.
3. When the chicken is cooked through, push aside the ingredients to the sides of the pan and put the cheese in the middle. Cover with a lid, and allow the cheese melt on medium heat for about 1.5 minutes.
