[Kagoshima] Kyowa Shokuhin - Mellow Rice Vinegar Stock 500ml
This sanbai-zu (triple-vinegar sauce) is packed with umami from dashi made with Kagoshima-prefecture Makurazaki bonito flakes and Fukuyama rice vinegar, also from Kagoshima. It features a mellow richness and acidity, without being overly sour, making it suitable for many different dishes.
