Mon Cafe is made from freshly ground coffee beans that are quickly packed to seal in the aroma. Delicious even when served black! Easy to attach to cups, easy to pour, individually wrapped drip coffee bags for each cup.
■Flavors
・Kyoto Blend (8 bags): This deeproasted blend was created in search of the familiar taste of Kyoto, the No. 1 coffee consuming region in Japan. Enjoy the richness of the Guatemalan beans and the soft sweetness of the Ethiopian beans.
・Kilimanjaro (10 bags): This medium roast blend is characterized by Kilimanjaro's fresh, subtly floral aroma and crisp, bright acidity.
・Decaffeinated (10 bags): Even without caffeine, this medium roast blend has a dark, high-quality aroma and a deep, rich flavor. It is ideal for black or café au lait.
・Mocha Blend (30 bags): This medium roast blend has a distinctive sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe fruit and a deep, full flavor.
・Special Blend (50 bags): Combining both medium and dark roasts, we have created an aromatic, deep, rich, yet clear taste. Enjoy the soft, lingering flavor.
・Rich Beans (60 bags): A blend with a rich, full-bodied flavor and aroma.
■Directions
1.Press the seam of the filter with your thumb and open up the drip coffee filter.
2.Using both hands, set the filter over the cup so it hooks onto the rim of the cup.
3.Pour a small amount of hot water over the ground coffee in the filter and let it steep for 10 seconds. This 10 seconds is important to extract the aroma.
4.Pour hot water in two or three times in a "N" shape over the coffee as it fill the cups for one cup of coffee.
