A well balanced blend of domestic mackerel bones, dried sardines, grilled sardines, Hidaka kelp, and other ingredients, Kuzefuku's signature dashi goes well with any dish.
■Kuzefuku Flavorful Seafood Stock (15 packets)
Made with bonito flakes from Makurazaki City, Kagoshima Prefecture, and kelp from Hokkaido. We have created a gentle flavor for daily use. The flavor is made by maximizing the umami of the ingredients without relying on saltiness, and the aroma and umami of the dashi are locked in. All flavor ingredients are domestically produced, and no preservatives or additives are used.
■Kuzefuku Flavorful Kyushu Style Dashi Dried Bonito & Sardine (8 packets)
This dashi packet contains full bodied niboshi sardine dashi and aromatic bonito dashi. Put 1 dashi packet and 400mL of water into a pot and heat. Once the water comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes before removing the packet. You will get the perfect dashi for miso soup and simmered dishes.

■How to use
Tear open the pouch and use as a seasoning as furikake or in stir fries, and can even be used as a dipping sauce for nabe, fried rice, and many other dishes.
・Basic Dashi (soup stock): Put 1 packet of dashi into 400mL of water and heat. When the water comes to a boil, simmer over low heat for 3 minutes and remove the dashi packet. You can make a dashi that goes well with any dish.
・Chawanmushi (steamed egg custard): Boil 400cc for 3 minutes, add salt, soy sauce, and beaten egg, and steam with ingredients of your choice.
・Soba or udon noodle dipping sauce: Boil 500cc for 5 minutes, add soy sauce, mirin, salt and sake to taste.
