■How to use
1. Cut a piece of dental floss to about 40cm, wrap it around the middle fingers of both hands, and tighten it to about 15cm.
2. Pinch between your thumb and forefinger, leaving about 1 to 2 cm between your fingers.
3. Insert it slowly between your teeth, making small movements.
4. Move up and down two or three times along the sides of the teeth (both left and right). Take it out slowly, making small movements.
