This is the base of the hot and fragrant mapo tofu bowl made of Chinese bean paste, sugar beet, and soy sauce, combined with coarse ground pepper and sansho. Simply heat it up and serve over rice.
■Oyakodon (140g)
Oyakodon (chicken & egg) is a bowl of rice topped with chicken and onion, using our original egg recipe. 62kcal per bag is a low calorie, healthy meal. It can be served warm or as is.
■Chinese Rice (140g)
Vegetables and a quail egg are wrapped in a soy sauce-based sauce. Simply warm it up and serve over rice.
■Bibimbap (100g)
This is a dish with a special flavor of authentic Korean gochujang (red pepper paste). This bibimbap is made with five kinds of ingredients: carrots, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, strawberries, and kikurage mushrooms, making it a very satisfying bibimbap base in terms of both appearance and texture.
