Marukome 50% Reduced Sugar Flour for Desserts (200g)
Gluten free flour for sweets and desserts supervised by popular pâtissier Hirohiro Tsujiguchi, made with approximately 50% less sugar (per 100g compared to ordinary confectionery mix flour). The main ingredient is soybean flour, and while dietary fiber and processed starch are used to keep sugar content low, the use of erythritol, a sugar alcohol with zero calories, has created a formula that produces sweet and tasty sweets. No wheat flour is used, but the rice malt powder is blended to produce moist sweets.
