Product Description
This instant miso soup uses raw malt (koji) miso, a gentle, sweet, and flavorful miso that is made by using 2.4 times more rice malt than soybeans. You can enjoy a different and flavorful miso soup by using luxurious rice malt. No additives: No chemical seasonings are used, and in addition to bonito and kelp, niboshi dashi (dried bonito stock) is added. The ingredients are an assortment of spinach, cabbage, and leeks.
■Directions
Pour the contents of the miso pouch and "ingredient pouch" into a bowl, add boiling water (160mL), and stir well.
