Freeze-dry miso in an instant. There is no time for the flavor to change, and the original taste of miso is trapped. Granular miso that retains the original taste of miso.
The zippered bag makes it easy to use and can be used not only for miso soup but also for a variety of other dishes. Approximately 20% of conventional freeze-dried products are excipients. The patented manufacturing method is 100% miso with dashi, so the taste and aroma are different.
It is excellent for preservation and is also useful in preparation for disasters.
