This is a thick cream stew that goes well with rice, combining the Western-style cooking techniques cultivated at Ginza Curry with Meiji dairy ingredients (cream, parmesan cheese, and butter). Chicken, potatoes, and mushrooms (6g of ingredients) are lavishly used to give this stew a rich and filling texture.
■Beef Stew
The sauce is made with a two-step bouillon and sautéed onions, which is a Western cooking technique developed at Ginza Curry, as well as red wine to give it a rich flavor that goes well with rice. This beef stew uses 45 grams of beef (more than twice the amount of beef used in Ginza Curry) and mushrooms to create a flavorful beef stew.
