■Directions
Mix 1-2g of this product evenly into a bowl of rice (about 150g).
■Red Shiso with Dried Plums (45g)
The crunchy texture of dried plum and the refreshing sourness of red shiso go well together. It can be used not only with rice, but also with pasta, salads, and many other dishes!
■Directions
・Mix 1 teaspoon (2-3 teaspoons) of this product into 1 cup (about 150g) of rice and let it steep until softened before serving.
・This product is made from seasoned and dried plums, so it may be slightly hard immediately after cooking, but it will soften after a while.
