This rice flour requires no kneading as typical in regular baking mixes, so you can make your bread even easier! Simply mix this rice flour mix with dry yeast, water, and oil for a total of about 2 minutes, then mold round loaves. All you have to do is wait for the mixture to ferment and bake (takes about 50 minutes to complete)! Even after cooling, the bread remains fluffy and delicious. Mitake's rice flour has been carefully blended to create a white, fluffy texture while making use of its unique sticky texture. Free of 8 major allergens: egg, milk, wheat, buckwheat, shrimp, crab, peanut, and walnut.
■Directions
To make round bread loaves (7cm in diameter; 6 pieces × 2 servings)
1. Put 150g of the rice flour and 2g of dry yeast into a bowl and mix lightly.
2. Add 140mL of water (approx. 30 to 40℃) and mix for 1 minute with a rubber spatula.
3. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and roll them out by hand. If the dough is too sticky, lightly brush your hands with oil.
4. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Ferment the dough for 25 minutes at 40°C without covering with plastic wrap.
6. Bake at 180°C for 15 minutes without preheating.
