Six different flavors of glutinous rice dough baked using traditional methods.
■Seaweed Roll...Soy sauce kakimochi is hand-rolled in domestic dried laver. The aroma of soy sauce and nori go perfectly with each other, and the whole thing is wrapped in nori.
■Kombu(Kelp)...Hokkaido Hidaka kombu (kelp) is combined with the mochi dough and carefully baked. The flavor of seafood gives it a nostalgic and familiar taste.
■Hijiki Jako (hijiki)...A mixture of domestically produced hijiki and chirimen (dried young sardines), this is a dish rich in the aroma of the seashore. The unique combination has an addictive flavor.
■Black Soybeans...A basic kakimochi made by pounding Hokkaido black soybeans into the rice cake and baking it. The flavor and umami of the black soybeans and rice cake combine to create a nostalgic taste.
■Almond...A Western taste of kakimochi and almonds. The almonds are sprinkled on top for a delightful crunchy texture.
■Sesame...The fragrance of the richly pounded black sesame seeds gives it a deeply savory and memorable flavor.
