In order to make the most of the shape of the green laver leaves, we use the “asa tsukudani” method, which takes less time than the “Edomurasaki” method. The flavor of the seaweed comes through in the tender texture of this nori tsukudani, which is rich in the deliciousness of dried bonito and scallops. The seaweed is domestically produced (harvested mainly around Ise Bay). We have a factory in Matsusaka City, Mie Prefecture, which specializes in processing the raw materials for seaweed, and we have a thorough process to remove any foreign substances.
