■Soft spicy pickled bamboo shoots
The tips of bamboo shoots are used, and after being fully lactic fermented and matured, they are seasoned with sesame oil, hot red pepper oil, and clear soup to give them a moderate spiciness and a deep, delicious flavor.
■Shredded ginger
Yellow ginger with a fresh aroma is used and chopped to preserve its crunchy texture.
By wrapping it in high quality rape oil, the original aroma of fresh ginger can be enjoyed for a long time without using any flavorings.
The ginger is chopped so that no fibers remain and it does not become watery, and the flavor of chicken and vegetables is added to give it a mild and richness.
■Shredded Garlic
Carefully chopped garlic is covered in rapeseed oil, which adds a roasted aroma. This gives the garlic a flavor and aroma that cannot be experienced by simply chopping raw garlic.
Each bottle contains about 30 small raw garlic cloves. The garlic is seasoned moderately with the flavor of chicken and vegetables, and black pepper and other seasonings are added to give depth to the garlic flavor.
■Raw shichimi togarashi
To preserve the flavor and aroma of each of the seven ingredients, they are coated with rapeseed oil and seasoned simply with sugar and salt.
The amount of chili peppers used is less than that of commercially available shichimi chili peppers, so the numbing pungency and refreshing aroma of sansho and the yuzu flavor that goes well with the sansho are especially enhanced.
■Fukujinzuke
Seven carefully selected vegetables (daikon, eggplant, cucumber, nattamame, lotus root, shiso, and ginger) are aged at low temperature for more than one month. By pickling with honey and apple cider vinegar, we have brought out a mild sweetness, a deep vegetable flavor, and just the right amount of chewiness.
■Kimuchi no Moto
Richly flavored with garlic, mandarin oranges, apples, and ginger. It is easy to make kimchi nabe and reserve greens as well as kimchi pickles.
Aromatic and sweet coarse chili peppers and spicy and stimulating Ichimi chili peppers are combined to create a deep spiciness. It is rich in vegetables and fruits and has a rich finish with the flavor of seafood.
■Fried Garlic Butter flavor
Fried Garlic Chips, made crispy by the manufacturer's original manufacturing method, are carefully sliced and chipped to preserve the original texture and aroma of garlic, and flavored with butter and soy sauce to create a savory buttery soy sauce taste.
