Ingredients
(For one 16cm mold)
Monton Sponge Cake Set (plain) ... 1 box
Eggs (M size) ... 3
Milk ... 50ml
Preparation. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
1. Place the cold eggs, milk and mix in a bowl (about 24cm in diameter), mix lightly and then beat with an electric hand mixer on high for 5-7 minutes.
2. Pour the batter into the baking pan and bake in the oven at 170°C (lower) for about 45-55 minutes. Stick a skewer into the center of the dough and if nothing sticks, the dough is done.
3. Immediately remove from the oven, drop from a height of about 15 cm three or four times, and turn the batter over on a wire rack to cool.
