■Directions
In a small saucepan, combine pure cocoa powder (5g), sugar (7g) and water (10mL), mix with a whisk, and knead well over low heat until a paste forms. Add milk (120mL) a little at a time, stirring constantly, and remove from heat just before it comes to a boil.
