A blend of five natural cheeses, including Pecorino Romano and Parmigiano-Reggiano, gives this cheese a rich, full-bodied flavor. Smoked with apple tree chips, it has a subtle fruity aroma. The intensity of the smoking is also carefully selected so that you can enjoy the flavor of the cheese. Our original manufacturing method is used to maintain the "soft and smooth texture" for a long time even at room temperature. We use 50% Danish Samsø cheese, which has a mild taste and is a good match for smoked cheese.
■Dried Hard Squid (24g)
The natural aroma and natural flavor of Hokkaido's bountiful squid is lightly seasoned with salt, baked to a savory flavor, then baked to perfection.
