Soba-tsuyu (buckwheat noodle soup) is made with Donbei's unique, straight, and easy-to-surface buckwheat noodles and a blend of two types of bonito dashi (bonito and kelp) and soy sauce made from round soybeans. Ingredients include fluffy fried bean curd, kamaboko, and green onion.

Seafood in summer! The richness of chanpon-tsuyu, a pork bone base with seafood flavor and vegetable aroma, goes perfectly with the firm, chewy noodles!
The umami of the soup is further enhanced by the addition of the seasoning oil with the flavors of cabbage, onion, and other vegetables.
■Pickled Red Ginger Tempura Soba 92g
The tangy and sour taste is devilishly good! The rich and deep soup blended with bonito dashi (bonito stock) and marudai soy sauce, along with the spicy and sour pickled red ginger make this a delicious snack.
■Smoked Bacon Carbonara  81g
A punchy carbonara soup with a hint of cheese and black pepper combined with bacon that has been strongly scented with yamazakura (mountain cherry blossom) smoke chips.

How to eat:
1.Peel off half of the lid, and take out the bag of powdered soup, seasoning oil, and kayaku.
2.Put in the powdered soup and kayaku, pour boiling water up to the inner line, and cover with the lid.
3.Warm the seasoning oil on the lid.
4.After 5 minutes with the lid on, pour in the seasoning oil and mix well.
