The rich and full flavored soup, which combines the flavor of pork and the spiciness of chili peppers with a base of scallion sesame and miso, is intertwined with the Sichuan peppercorn kneaded noodles, which become more intense the more you chew them.
■Doro Raoh Paitan (130g)
The creamy chicken soup base (paitan) is made with concentrated chicken flavor and sweetness with chewy noodles. You can also add a soy sauce based sauce with the punchy flavor of garlic and the spiciness of chili peppers midway through the meal to create a completely new, spicy and delicious taste.
■Doro Raoh Niboshi (119g)
Creamy, thick soup with the concentrated flavor of niboshi (dried sardines) and the richness of pork bones.
■Torojuku Miso (118g)
Mild and thick miso soup with the sweetness of Hokkaido rice malt miso. The richness of the lard base is accented with ginger, garlic, and chili pepper for an addictive flavor.
■Toromaro Shio (112g)
This soup is based on the richness of pork bones and the sweetness of lard, and features a thick shio (salt) soup with a hint of garlic flavor and non fried straight noodles that are very satisfying.
■Cooking directions
1. Open the lid halfway. Take out garnish, soup base and seasoning sauce sachets.
2. Add garnish. Fill up to the indicated line with boiling water.
3. Close the lid and steep for 3 minutes.
4. Tear the lid off. Add soup base and seasoning sauce. Stir well and serve.
