■Directions
1. Mix the one egg and 150mL of milk (or water) in a bowl.
2. Add one packet of this flour mix (200mL) to the bowl, and mix well with a whisk until there are no lumps.
3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, remove from heat and let cool slightly on a damp cloth.
4. Return frying pan to heat and pour in 1/4 of the batter (to make four pancakes total). Cook over low heat for about 3.5 minutes.
5. Turn over and cook over low heat for 2 minutes.
