■How to make hot tea - Leaf tea
(1)Preparation
Warm the pot and cups by rinsing them with hot water in advance.
(2) Accurately measure the amount of tea.
Put enough tea leaves for the number of cups into the warmed pot.
(3)Pour boiling water.
Pour in freshly boiled water, cover with a lid, and let steep.
(Use freshly pumped tap water with lots of air boiling and large bubbles coming out vigorously)
(4) After steeping for a measured amount of time, pour
(5) Stir the pot with a spoon, then strain the tea through a tea strainer and pour the tea into a cup so that the tea is evenly thickened.
