■Horinishi Regular (Allspice)
A blend of more than 20 spices and seasonings that matches not only meat dishes at camps and BBQs, but also fish, vegetables, and many other dishes. The saltiness is kept low to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, while the aroma of pepper, garlic, and herbs, and the spiciness of chili pepper make this an all purpose outdoor spice seasoning that goes well with both meat and fish! Japanese spices, such as salt and soy sauce, are harmoniously blended with garlic to accentuate the flavorful taste, and mirepoix powder, used in French cuisine, enhances the flavor of the ingredients.

■Horinishi Red (Spicy)
A blend of spicy ingredients based on Regular Horinishi allspice! Not only spicy, but also "umakara" (deliciously hot)! Three additional spices have been added to Horinishi to create a perfect blend of 23 different ingredients. The allspice versatility is the same, so it can be used not only in outdoor scenes but also at home! It is also great with grilled vegetables, grilled chicken, or even as a spicy alternative to shichimi togarashi (seven spice) for soba noodles and udon noodles.

■Horinishi Premium (White Truffle Salt)
Outdoor Spice Horinishi combined with white truffle salt, one of the world's three most prized delicacies, to create a premium product. The rare and highly aromatic White Truffle Salt which can only be harvested in winter is blended into this spice mix, and just a sprinkle is all that is needed to spread the luxurious aroma and flavor. It goes well with cream pasta sauces and cheeses, and the addition of white truffle salt gives it a mild, rich flavor that enhances the aroma and transforms it into a rich taste. It also pairs with eggs and vegetables, and just sprinkling a small amount on egg dishes or salads will accentuate the dish and give it a different, richer flavor.
